The menu philosophy behind our “elevated alpine cuisine” stems from all the places we’ve lived, worked, skied, and played around the world. The mountains on our logo—from left to right: Mt. Superior, Little Cottonwood Canyon; the Matterhorn, Zermatt; Mt. Rishiri, Hokkaido; the arctic regions of Norway; and the vast Andes—represent these incredible alpine culinary regions.
While the flora and fauna remain the same in these regions above the 7000' elevation, the spices, techniques, and recipes vary. This diverse pantry is a delightful fusion of traditional alpine cuisine and modern culinary trends, offering dishes that tantalize the taste buds with a contemporary twist. Guests can savor classic fondue while enjoying views of the snow-capped mountains, complemented by a curated list of wine, spirits, and local beers.
